in one square mile, hoboken provides its residents and visitors with the following:

- 3 cvs pharmacies
- cold stone creamery (!!!)
- crumb's bake shop
- a smoke shop
- w hoboken
- 2 post offices
- ben & jerry's
- carlo's bakery
- romantic depot (!!!)
- access to and from via car, train, or boat
- 2 nysc
- a movie theater
- 2 wachovias
- the most bars in a square mile in all of the country

(and yes i am veryyy well aware that the majority of this list is made up of deliciousness)

...but now hoboken is adding a BIERGARTEN!
